Service Description

These sessions include Four 1.5 hour sessions and Two 1 hour individual sessions. The first sessions are individual 1.5 hour intake, forms and alignment sessions. The second sessions for each individual are 1 hour each. The third sessions are 1.5 hours each and include both partners to be guided in sharing the alignment session with each other to be able to continue the practice at home.
